Forever Lighting,as steel pole and steel column manufacturer,offers stand steel poles containing the industry’s most popular arm designs for street lighting pole,stadium lighting pole,road lighting pole,highway lighting pole,solar street light pole etc.The steel material with Q345B/A572, Q235B/A36, Q460 ,ASTM573 GR65, GR50 ,SS400, SS490, ST52 and SS304 for optional.The Types of Street Light Poles include Round Tapered Pole (RTP),Round Straight Pole (RSP),Octagonal Pole(OP) and Square Straight Pole(SSP),but tapered pole more commonly used.

Specification

 

● Pole Shaft -Tapered,octagonal .square etc for option.

 

● Pole Top - A removable top cap is provided for poles

receiving drilling patterns for side-mount luminaire arm

assemblies. Other pole top options include Tenon Top, Top Cap

Only or Open Top which is typical when the pole top diameter

matches the necessary slip-fit dimensions.

 

● Hand Hole - A covered hand hole with hardware and

grounding provision are provided,also called maintenance door.

 

● Anchor Base & Cover - Optional for decorative base as special order.

 

● Anchor Bolts -This part optional.

Material:engineering steel Q235,hot-dip galvanized/non galvanized

for alternative.But mostly is non galvanized.

Folding anchor bolts to save the space is available.

 

● Hardware - All nuts and screws are SS201 or SS304.

 

● Finish - Finishes include hot-dip galvanized or passivation

and painted. Please consult factory for special finishing colors

and fixture matching options. When storing light poles outside,

remove all protective wrapping immediately upon delivery to

prevent finish damage.

 

● Design Criteria - Standard EPA (Effective Projected Area) and

weight values are based on Standard Commercial Criteria for

side and top mounted fixtures only. Satisfactory performance

of light poles is dependent upon the pole being properly

attached to a supporting foundation of adequate design.

√ Finished Poles Superiority

â‘  Robot Welding

With robot welding,our finished tapered pole without crack,leakage welding or bite edges. Especially smooth welding without the concavo-convex fluctuation or any welding defects.

 

â‘¡ Hot Dip Galvanizing

There are cold galvanizing and hot dip galvanizing process in the market,but hot dip galvanizing with longer lifespan,most customer prefer galvanized pole,and our all round tapered steel pole with Inside and outside surface anti-corrosion treatment by twice hot dipping acid. Zinc coating is more than 80 um thick, which is in accordance with GB/T13912-92 standard. And the galvanized surface is smooth and with the same color. Flake peeling doesn’t exist after maul.

 

 

â‘¢ Powder Coating

The Forever Lighting tapered poles with powder coating by 360°machine and manual spraying to make them strong adhesion & strong Anti-ultraviolet. The surface is not peeling even with blade scratch (smooth, color and luster are identical.).Various colors for option.
